More About Nutrition by Amy, LLC

I always knew I wanted to work in the nutrition field, and it all started when I was fairly young. I swam for 16 years (happily retired now) and that drove my desire to learn more about nutrition and how it affected my performance. From there, my desire for knowledge and application grew -- I wanted to know why certain foods would upset my stomach and how my energy could change based on what I ate, regardless of it being labeled as healthy or not.

Nutrition is such a vast and complicated topic, and I want to make it easier on you. Should you be doing intermittent fasting or keto or low-carb or high-carb or counting macros? No one should be able to answer that without getting to know you first, and that's what I am here to help with. You're an individual, so you need an individualized plan.
